Herb Vinaigrette

Servings: 1 Cup

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine or white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon juice only
  • pinch granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning or substitute fresh herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously until blended.
