Wasabi Glaze for Fish
Ingredients

low-sodium soy sauce

teaspoon
toasted sesame oil

tablespoon
apricot preserves
1/4
teaspoon
wasabi powder

tablespoons
green onion
finely minced

teaspoon
fresh gingerroot
minced
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together. Rinse fish, pat dry and baste with glaze before and during cooking.
