Making a Great Grilling Sauce
Great on any game or salmon and you can use up some of the morning’s coffee grounds. “But we have a Keurig.” Open it up from the top and empty the used grounds. Brush the sauce on about halfway through the grilling part. Keep the meat away from direct heat once it’s almost done to keep it from burning, although crispy edges are a good thing.
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar packed
- 1 tblsp ground mustard
- 1 tblsp instant coffee granules
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 bottle ketchup about 14 oz
- 1 tblsp Worchesteshire sauce
