There are no numbers listed next to the veggies as it is up to you how much you want to add, depending on how many people you'd like to feed. And she recommends doing these 'bags' as individual servings, so that each guest opens their own little 'bag.' Talk about contact-less delivery!

cherry tomatoes
halibut, cod or salmon
thyme, tarragon or oregano
lemon slices
salt and pepper
butter, sliced
Instructions
Grab a parchment sheet and fold it in half. Place on a sheet pan and add your favorite ingredients on one side. Start with your veggies. I add sliced zucchini, asparagus, snap peas, cherry tomatoes but the options are endless.
Then top the vegetables with halibut slices, cod, salmon – whatever you want. Add a touch of oil on top of the fish with a couple of slices of butter. Herbs add a nice touch to it such as thyme, tarragon, oregano and a couple of lemon slices. Season it with salt and pepper.
Now you are going to close it and bake it at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Have your guests open and enjoy it.
