1or more jalapeno peppersseeded and minced (or leave some seeds in for heat)
2teaspoonskosher salt
1teaspoonchili powder
1/4cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1/2cupfreshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4cupfreshly squeezed lime juice
1/4cupred onionminced
5– 6 sprigs fresh cilantrochopped
1/4cupolive oil
Instructions
Combine first 6 ingredients and mash together with the back side of a large spoon. Add remaining ingredients except oil and mix well. Add oil to mixture while stirring.
