    I was fortunate enough to harvest three Mallards this past Monday and while looking through the internet for recipes I came across this one. These were absolutely one of the best tasting duck I have ever tried. I left out the tequila, only because I forgot to add it. Still delicious. My new favorite recipe for waterfowl.
