Mustard Dill Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teasp[oons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, add the first 6 ingredients and process for 30 seconds. While motor is running, add oil in a thin stream until emulsified. Transfer contents to a bowl and stir in sour cream.
