Mustard Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 teasp[oons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, add the first 6 ingredients and process for 30 seconds. While motor is running, add oil in a thin stream until emulsified. Transfer contents to a bowl and stir in sour cream.
